Ingredients:
• 4 oz ginger decoction
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or other)
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
• Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon powder or a cinnamon stick for garnish
Equipment:
Medium pot, knife, 3–5 cups, whisk, measuring spoons
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Whisk and slowly heat until everything is melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat once the mixture reaches your desired temperature.
- Top with marshmallows or a dash of cayenne, if desired, and enjoy.
