| The First Car Project is a nonprofit charity dedicated to supporting foster youth as they transition to independent living. TFCP donates used cars to eligible young adults and also provides six months of insurance coverage and covers Kentucky registration fees to help recipients get on the road with confidence. Training on a car ownership will be provided. Applications are open until September 2nd. All required items must be submitted no later than September 2nd to be considered.
